Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall, with exceptional spa services and attentive restaurant staff. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, could use some updating. Additionally, the food variety at the restaurant didn't quite meet expectations. The atmosphere is tranquil, making it a nice retreat despite some areas needing improvement.
My wife and I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the comfortable Kasara Suite and the great amenities like the pool and spa. However, our first few days were frustrating due to communication issues regarding lounge access, which affected our experience. Overall, we appreciated the delicious breakfast and excellent restaurant meals, but we felt that clearer communication would have enhanced our stay.
My stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by the staff, who were always so kind and smiling. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was a standout, with a fantastic variety of delicious options that I couldn’t wait to enjoy each morning. Although the gym was great, I had hoped for a few more amenities such as additional classes or activities. Overall, it was a memorable family trip and I can’t wait to return!
My stay at the hotel was truly outstanding, with every detail managed perfectly. The attention from the staff was remarkable; they were incredibly kind and helped meet my every need. The rooms were spacious, offering beautiful views and comfort. However, I did encounter a negative experience when the service fell short during a special event at the bar, which affected the overall impression. Overall, it’s a luxurious retreat that is worth every penny.
Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The hotel had a stunning layout, and we felt so welcomed by the staff right from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and very clean, making our stay comfortable. The dining options were fantastic; the breakfast buffet was out of this world! However, be cautious of the laundry pricing, as it tended to be quite high. Overall, this hotel is a gem for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
